As a Certified Storywork Counselor, I help women in confusing, relationally harmful situations find clarity, reclaim their sense of self, and rediscover their voice. Rooted in my own healing from relational trauma, I offer compassionate support, guiding women through emotional challenges with care and empathy.

My approach integrates Storywork with somatic practices, honoring the connection between mind and body. I believe that when stories are held with care, embodied, and gently transformed, women can experience deeper self-awareness, embrace renewed hope, and cultivate resilience, empowering them to live the life they were always meant to live.
